Hello Friends!

Life is funny sometimes . . .

Last week I received a call from my cousin Lauren Fareira and she told me that she would be in Chicago for her latest gig.  Lauren (otherwise known as SenoritAwesome!) is a talented singer/songwriter who travels across the country performing beautiful music to the masses.   When I found out that she would be in town on December 15th, I asked her if she could perform at the Great Migration installation  . . . and she said yes!  Now this Kinship Project event is truly ‘a family thang‘!  :)
